Refund Policy

1) WARRANTY POLICY :

✔️ A 2-day Warranty covering manufacturing flaws is included with all our products.

✔️To proceed with www.theheetsiqosuae.ae an invoice number must be provided to continue.

 

2) RETURNS :

✔️ Within two days of the purchase of the product, a refund or exchange may be requested. After that time, the claim will no longer be valid.

✔️ The items may be returned or exchanged within two days of purchase. After that time, the claim will no longer be valid.

✔️ The item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, packaged in the original manufacturer packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or return.

✔️ All sold items cannot be returned unless the following:-

• 1. Manufacturing flaws
• 2. Packing Errors

 

3) REFUND :

Once we get your goods, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will receive an email letting you know whether or not your refund request has been approved when the item is inspected. Your refund will be executed if it is approved by bank transfer or, in rare situations, cash. If rejected, the same products will be returned to your shipping address.

 

4) EXCHANGES :

Items are only exchanged if they are flawed or damaged. Send us an exchange request at [email protected] if you’d like to replace the item with the same one.

 

5) EXCLUSION :

The following are NOT covered and are excluded from this warranty:

• General Accessories- Coils, Batteries, chargers, replacement glass etc.
• Please remember, www.theheetsiqosuae.ae warranty only covers manufacturing flaws. The warranty shall be instantly void in the event of overuse, scratches, drop damage, or improper use of batteries or chargers.

• Every form of abuse is unacceptable
• A device that has been dropped
• Several scratches
• Any force majeure situation
• Objects that have been opened by someone else
• Other warranties applicable to these items
• Repairs performed by someone other than www.theheetsiqosuae.ae authorized service personnel
• Any kind of injury caused by use, regardless of the circumstances
• Third-party (non www.theheetsiqosuae.ae) software issues and damages
• Modifications or alterations can cause issues
• Those products whose serial numbers are missing or defaced.

 

6) INDEMNIFICATION :

The user promises to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify www.theheetsiqosuae.ae from and against all liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from or connected with the user’s use of the site.

 

7) COMMON SENSE :

Misuse, Vape gears aren’t like new refrigerators, TV sets, or mobile phones as their life duration totally depends on your knowledge base and if you are aware of the specs and the capabilities of these devices or not. Vaping in general is a hobby, and you are required to watch reviews, read tutorials, and do research before placing a purchase. If an item is destroyed because You didn’t know how to operate it, maintain it, or you were “learning,” it’s obviously not covered in any warranty.
